For me I first want to know my clients to feel there needs as their photographer my opening myself up first to them. That's such a blessed day and if we don't fit I will not take on that job. Some have a style that can be define by words I only like capturing images that define the moments. I am a people person that love to see the smiles on my clients faces when I show them their images. I just don't desires to be your wedding photographer I want to the photographer you always will think of when it come to photography.

Ronnie is not only a fantastic photographer, he also listens to what his clients want and is extremely detailed! I have also seen first hand that he is always learning new things about the business and wants to keep his company as fresh as possible. I will always use him as my photographer both professionally and personally! Great, GREAT work!

A piece of time Photography Studio is the WORST Photography business in Louisville, The owner Ronnie has no customer service skills is ignorant to Photography and to be honest he really just Hijacked our Photography he is the definition of a Photography Terrorist! So I got married on April 22 I had called him two weeks prior because I saw his work on facebook it looked decent and the reviews people seemed to love his work. When people tell you don't believe everything you read on the internet this is the definition of not to trust reviews. His reviews are clearly from his friends and family because this was the WORST PHOTOGRAPHY experience anyone could have to encounter especially on there wedding day. My mother had told him we are having a small wedding we want to just go to popular places to get shots. Now I was listening to this whole conversation he said I will take you to Papa Johns, a botanical garden, and downtown Louisville you will be provided at the end of your shoot with prints and a cd that I am good at for $600 and I also know a girl who works with me that is an outstanding makeup artist that I take pictures for, she's professional. So after we spoke to him about that we said okay and called the makeup artist he provided us with an set up a time she said around 6:00am because we wanted to be he first ones at the court house at 8:30 am and be done around 10:45 to 11. Prior to that my mother had put a deposit of $350 because he said I need a deposit that is policy I will send you a receipt and a contract. We NEVER received a contract a receipt, nothing that showed evidence except a bank statement showing $350 was removed from the account. 2 days before the wedding he called us and said I would like to meet with you get to know the groom I don't know I thought that was weird why do you need to meet the bride and groom prior to the wedding we were doing last minute things hadn't received a contract and your now demanding to meet us?? So the night before our wedding around 8 I texted the makeup artist that A Piece of Time Photography Studio recommended to confirm she was coming at 6:00am the time she said she wanted to come to do our makeup in a timely manner. She then called me around 10:30 saying so you expect me to wake up at 4am and I said no you said you would want to do it at 6 and you need an hour to do makeup so 6 was the time. I as the bride she was giving me all this attitude like I have to get up to do your makeup! After she hung up 2 hours later I got a call from Ronnie from A piece of Time Photography Studio oh she said she won't be able to do it. Now this is my wedding its a once in a lifetime event and you are telling me the night before my freaking wedding that the makeup artist is quitting!!!! Are you serious? and you don't think I should be infuriated and you are to blame because your the one who said I work closely with this makeup artist that is NOT in anyway professional whatsoever. How can you recommend someone who is not professional and will cancel for a wedding at the 11th hour. It was my wedding day I believe I have every right to be angry!!!! Praise to god I was instagraming makeup artists and one came up in Louisville of how I want to do my makeup I got in contact with her and she was able to do my makeup the morning of my wedding. Now with a different makeup artist that messed up all the timing because the makeup artist that A piece of time photography studio recommended cancelled. So we called him around 11:00 saying we will need to make the session later in the day and he said okay that is fine just call me when you want to start your session, because I don't have something until 5. At 1:00 we called stating that the judge is just now coming because she went to a lunch break that our timing was off because the makeup artist that you recommended had cancelled at the last minute and messed up my whole wedding day schedule. Instead of saying I am sorry that the makeup artist that my studio recommended you just wanted to argue saying don't blame me for recommending her. So we arrived at the hotel at 2:20pm and we were expecting the 4 hours that comes with prints and a cd which was promised to us. THAT UNFORTUNATELY did not happen. Ronnie, said NO YOUR LATE! Didn't take into consideration that he recommended this horrible makeup artist that cancelled at the last minute. He didn't take into consideration that we called him I have 5 people as my witnesses including the receptionist in the court house who heard him say it was okay that we come later. NOT oh your late we can't take 4 hours. So when we got to the Brown Hotel to take pictures we didn't even meet up with him good and he's like were not taking pictures until you pay us first! didn't take into consideration we already gave him a down payment. What you did was fraud! So my mother gave him her card and said what your doing is fraud! And he is like no I am a business and she said we called you and you said it was okay we were running late so now your saying you can only take an hour all this going on while he is charging her card for an extra $435 saying that is with the tax included tax in Lousiville is 6% how did it raise to almost $800? My mother told him Ronnie you are ACTING like a Nigger and he said why are you saying im a nigger she said why are you acting like one! And you were you took advantage of the situation and didn't produce which was promised! We did not receive a signed contract, we did not get promised the 4 hours that were never granted, there were no family pictures taken, and you demanded to be paid for everything before even taking a single picture. After the shoot Ronnie the photographer said that the pictures would be done in 1-2 weeks, well 2 weeks had passed 2 weeks and 5 days to be preceise only because I am persistant and will fight for what I want I called Ronnie days prior and said where are the pictures and he said you should have received a email from Pictage a 3rd party website he uses to upload pictures so around May 1st I signed up I signed on everyday to see if the pictures were uploaded nothing was uploaded. I called him on May 9, 2015 and I was on the phone for two hours to listen to his excuses of why I wasn't receiving the link to PIctage I don't know because maybe you never pressed hit send! So as I am on the phone with him I don't know if he thinks I am stupid or something I have a degree in Multimedia Communication Studies I know the computer inside out it was like going in a circle with him to try to get the pictures. I sent an email form my school email and received the email but when he kept saying I sent an email I don't know why you didn't get it I was furious like why are you lying! So he said here I will email it to my wife let me see if she gets it well of course she is your wife she is going to lie. Praise to God she told the truth and said no I did not receive an email. So this was Sunday night so he is like let me call technical support or PIctage. Pictage is located in San Francisco California why would they be open on a sunday? So he called me back two minutes later and his wife was on the phone she was sweet and understandable she sent me an email why when she sent it I received the email to the pictures. Now I am not even trying to talk bad but the pictures were AWFUL! If he was in my photography class in my university he would get a big fat G not even an F a G. Why? because lets see half the pictures uploaded to pictage were in Black and white I am the customer that is not editing why are you taking away from someone's natural beauty and putting pictures in Black and White. Then he siad we would be receiving prints on Pictage it showed we had to pay for prints. Why would we pay almost $800 for just photography that is a rip off! At l

As true professionals of photography Tina and I have always given the highest level of service, products and have many happy clients over the years that we have been in business. Krystal Harrison was the bride and at no time did she pay or sign any contract with us, her mother Jeanne Russell is the one who contacted me and paid for the services. The contracted time of 4 hours is what we agreed upon with start time being at 10:30am, they arrived at the Brown hotel at 1:43 pm that can be verified with the signed contract of time to start and a signed credit card receipt thats 3 hours and 45min late. Once they arrived Mrs. Jeanne Russell who was already upset from the earlier phone call that was made by me at 11.45am I had informed her that their time had started.
When they arrived Mrs. Russell became verbally abusive and saying that the makeup artist was the reason why they was late. I informed her that we are not responsible for the makeup artist, that is when she called me the N word and threatened my business as witnessed by Joe Goodwin a photographer who was assisting me that day. Even after being called a (N) as well as threatened I did continue to deliver on the photography. Mrs. Russell then began directing on what I shot and on many times said that what I want images like this and that.
I must state and make clear that the makeup artist is not an employee of (A Piece of Time Studio) and we are not responsible for her not keeping her appointment. All I did was recommend her and gave them her phone number and thats all, it was up to them to call and set a time for makeup from that point it was off of our hands.
Shooting time was deeply affected after being 3 hours and 45min late and 2nd location at Papa John was aborted there just wasn't enough time to drive from the Brown Hotel on Broadway to Papa john headquarters being that they only had 45min left of time. The main problem in my eyes was timing, the fix would have been come get you photography and go to the court house after your photography was done.
This is a desperate attempt to scam me out of money, the one that paid and signed the contract should be more involved with this complaint not their daughter who paid nothing and signed nothing. We have sent emails and had no response from Krystal Harrison or Jeanne B Russell.
In conclusion we did everything Krystal Harrison asked us to do, at her request we reverted (14) black and white images back to color, gave her the CD with all the images that were edited and 14 unedited images. As to the quality of the images they are the very best of all the images even after they were 3 hour and 45min late and for me being verbally insulted.
