Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most of my jobs come from real estate agents, brokers, and auctioneers. I have worked for agents at A.S de Movellan Prudential, Rector Hayden, Bluegrass Keller Williams, and Biederman Brokerage.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How much equipment do you use to photograph my house? I'll bring a a Canon DSLR camera, and Tripod in to shoot your photos. I use the lights that are in the house and don't use any additional lights. This gives your house a natural look.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I use HDR photography techniques that really improve the product I provide.

A. Helping people improve the look of their real estate lisiting.

A. How much is your service cost?
It varies depending on the marketing/photography needs of my client. Another factor is how much travel is involved. Rates start at $55 for local service.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always loved photography. When I was shopping for a home a few years back I remember looking through hundreds of MLS listings and seeing terrible photos. I saw that there was a need and started my business to help with that need.

A. Can you photograph a house and make a virtual tour? Yes. I have a couple of options when it comes to virtual tours. I use TourFactory.com, CPG Tours and YouTube to make property virtual tours. It all depends on what my client's marketing needs are.
