I am Lizette Fitzpatrick, Lizette Realty's principal broker. I help clients in locating horse farms, investment properties such as apartment and duplex buildings, commercial buildings, single family residential homes and new construction.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Buyers for residential homes and horse farms. Many are first time buyers. We also do new constructions.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Google their name to see if they really do know how to market their properties or just to see if they really do work their business. there should be page upon page of info they have written.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Our clients and being able to live and work in Central Kentucky. It's beautiful here!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. They ask for a welcome packet full of all things about the area they are interested in. We answer "YES" we can send one out to you. Just give us a mailing address.
