Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We are willing to do whatever the customer needs done. We have recently expanded our service to enable the customer to use one service for all needs. We are now offering pressure washing of driveways, siding, garage doors and so much more. We cut grass and do trimming. In the past weeks we have begun aiding our customers in seeking the right people to do the jobs we are unable to do at this time such as car and truck detailing work.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask for a list of references! People will always tell you what you need to hear when the service provider is not listening!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The best kept secret of our trade is to be educated on what products are best and how each product works! I take pride in the fact that we have taken the time to experiment with different products and find the ones that not only work the best but also leave a clean smell behind when used!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out from others because we are willing to do what it takes to be the best at what we're doing. We are always available to our customers for all their domestic needs. We don't wait to be asked to do things like look at furnace filters and see if they are in need of changing, we just do it! If a filter needs cleaned we do it or if it needs to be changed we advise the customer to leave one the following visit and we take care of it for them at no additional charge! This is just one example of what we are willing to do for each customer.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We are in a position of interacting on a personal level with our customers and their families! We are respected not only as a domestic service that cares for the home or office but also as individuals who are ready and willing to jump in and help the family no matter what! In one case we have been asked to care for a family pet while the family had to leave to attend to an ill family member hours away! We pulled together with the family and aided them during their difficult time and were able to put the family at easy knowing that their pet was being lovingly cared for!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. We are frequently asked if we are willing to do extra work! We have never been in a position of turning our customers away. We are always willing to go the extra mile, so when we are asked to do something extra like clean windows or clean out a garage we are there!
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. As the economy is changing we are working on ways to stay competitive while offering the best service in the area. We are always researching new products and looking for ways to keep our pricing down.
