Communication is key! Most problems happen because of misunderstandings. Make sure all estimates are detailed to compare apples to apples. Contracts are your friend and should include all labor and materials. All changes or add ons must be written up on a change order. Feel comfortable with who you hire. Cheaper is not always better when it comes to skilled labor.
