Rick Varnado will give you a free estimate. Bring over a contract. Collect a deposit...and never return. BEWARE! He wouldn't answer the phone or return a call. When he finally text and said he would return the money, he never showed up. He stole from a retired widow! There are at least two other people that we know he conned. DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS!
