I found Clervie to be very professional on the phone as well as in person. I thought I had a hardware problem and with me not being able to fully explain properly my problem, it turned out to be my computer being fully infected. This was not my first time calling Clervie to service my computer and once again I received first rate service in a short period of time. I especially like that he is thorough and he does follow-up calls to make sure everything is still working properly once the job is completed.
