- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard dicing system, it is based off of SF for most of our services. There for it can be difficult to quote accurately without atleast talking to the potential customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers are greeted with by a uniformed and IDed professional. Tge customer is given a quote for every service we offer, this is at obligation. We simply want to give the customer options. The customer will receive a "heads up" email the day before any appointment just as a reminder. The customer will also promptly receive a recueot after service is performed and payment is made. Every customer receives a follow up email just make sure they are completely satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are involved in many local and national organization that we are continually educating ourself from. We assist this organization in developing better techniques in our field.
