Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Virus and Malware removal. Although Malware is really a viurs in every sence of the word, it seams to infect the computer faster than a normal trojan.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The constant changes in computer technology. Every time I think I know what's going on the industrie changes. I've got to keep on my toes all the time to keep up.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why don't you have a store.
It's a waste money on a expensive building, why should the customer pay more, the more I have to put out the more the customer will have to pay.
Everybody is looking to save not spend.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I'm honest, you have to be in any business, computer repair is really easy to Commit Fraud, most people don't know jack about their computer. Bringing your computer to a unethical repair shop just waste your money.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Did an upgrade of a CPA business. The five computers were outdated and the owner wanted to buy all new equipment, after consulting with the owner we decided to upgrade the computers with memory and just clean out the systems, this saved the company around $2500.00 for new computers and the extra money it would have cost to clone the hard drives to the new systems. all worked out very well. Now my company has a new friend telling other companys about us.
