Actually, I don't know if there is enough space here for me to say all the wonderful things about Combel's Catering and Craft Services. My first experience with them was nothing short of magical! I hired them to come to our home and provide a surprise romantic dinner for our 10th anniversary. A gentleman greeted us at our front gate -- I had taken my husband for a drive to get him out of the house so they could set up. He led us down a candlelit path to our backyard patio table, which was beautifully set with china, flowers, and more candles. A waiter sat us down, poured us a glass of wine, and handed us a personalized menu of what was to come. Dinner was spectacular! And a flaming dessert was prepared table-side. And to top it all off, after cooking everything in my kitchen, any leftovers were put in containers, labeled, and put in the fridge, and the kitchen was cleaned, including all the dishes. It was left just as they had found it.
Two years later, I let my husband decide on where to eat for our anniversary. To my total surprise, he hired Combel's again!! This time we went to a nice place for a drink, and then headed to the restaurant I thought we were going. My husband all of a sudden realized he had left his wallet at home (ha ha), and we had to detour home to get it. I was completely caught off guard when we opened the door, and were greeted by Chris and Lauren Combel!! Rose petals lined the floor as they led us into our dining room, again beautifully set with flowers, china, crystal, and candlelight. SO ROMANTIC!! And the meal was so, so good.
I've been to larger-scale events that Combel Catering has done, such as a church spaghetti dinner. Everyone was raving about the food. It was a perfect example of how they can put on a successful event, no matter how large.
I'm looking forward to hiring Combel Catering and Craft Services again in the future. They will help you turn a nice dinner/wedding/birthday/celebration into a moment to remember forever!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Its a good idea to check references especially if you are coming in from out of town and can't meet with the caterer in person in advance.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We buy from locals. We use the freshest products available.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Make sure the caterer you choose has experience in the type of venue you are will need catering. For example if you are planning an outdoor event at the park make sure the caterer has all the necessary equipment to handle the elements rain or shine.
