Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Viruses may not always be removed on the first try. Once a virus infects your computer, the best way to remove it is to reinstall Windows. However, this is a time consuming process and requires you to reinstall all of your applications. We usually recommend giving us one shot at cleaning the virus.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out from others because we are not a large corporation that treats you like a number, and we are no small fries either. We also really do care about making sure you are completely satisfied with the work that you received as well as the invoice price. The two owners look at each invoice before it is sent and verifies the charges and makes adjustments/credits when necessary. It is a time consuming task but it is fair.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We all love the challenge of working on computers and we also enjoy making people happy.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question is how quickly can you fix the problem. The answer varies as each problem is different. Depending on the situation, it may be best for the customer to wait an extra day or two rather than rush to get the problem fixed.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Brad and Brian Schoolmeyer started the business in 2001 and they still work 50-60 hours a week!
