Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Wood and Ceramic Tile

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check to make sure you hire someone with insurance. I hear all of the time about customers hiring people with out it and a lot of the time I am called to fix what the other person did not do correctly. This ends up being costly to the customer.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The buyer should know the type of material they want to be put in.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a perfectionist and I treat every job like it is my home and how would I like it to look.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The customer satisfaction

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That you can find people to do the work cheaply but it won't be done correctly and paying $.20 more a sq ft can make the difference between having a floor last for 20 years or 2 years.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I am always taking classes to stay up on the newest installation methods

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There is a new way to waterproof showers and baths instead of using hardy board. It is a little more expensive but it ensures no mold growth. Which in the long run would save customers thousands of dollars in repairs. Especially in the south

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. The pricing is figured out by the material used in the project and the sq footage.
