Gretchen watched our dog Major for a week. He had a big surgery and we were unable to be at home at the specific times he needed. To be feed at noon and taken out to go potty. She checked his incison daily and sent us pictures as well! It was a big reilef she was a big help took alot of stress off us! We instantly felt comfortable with her and the dog we have that dosent do well with stranges took to her very well.! We highly recomend her. And will use her in the future. Pampering Pets sitting service is the place to go with! Gretchen Mertz is Awesome!

Gretchen has been our pet-setter for the past year. My Trio are very shy with new people and often hide. During our initial pet-setter visit all three Katz: Kitty, Punk and Butterbean fell in love with Gretchen. She sat on the floor and played with them as they crawled all over her! Kitty, the little Diva, will follow Gretchen around the house and Punk and Bean will play catch the toy mouse.
Gretchen gives us peace of mind knowing a competent, LOVING person is caring for our 4-legged children when we are away.

Gretchen has sat twice for my two scaredy-cats over the past two years, and I was amazed at how quickly she was able to coax them out into the open from under the bed, especially the second time. I was so relieved and happy to see pictures she texted me of them hanging out with her and eating treats out of her hand--something they had never done with anyone else except me until then. Gretchen is wonderful with pets, trustworthy, conscientious, thoughtful and a top-notch person all-around. I love that she gives text updates and photos to reassure you that your fur-babies are happy and well-cared for. I highly recommend Gretchen and Pampering Pets Sitting Service and will be her client for life!

Gretchen was wonderful with my dog. I hired Gretchen to stay overnight with my American Bulldog. She sent text updates and photos throughout my vacation and left my house in immaculate condition. She is a true professional that I would recommend to any of my friends.

We've been using Gretchen for several years. She has been great; on time and consistent. And most of all, we have been able to rely on her any time we leave town. Our Weimaraner loves her. Highly recommended!
