Getting ready to put my house on the market, I had quite a few fixes from patching and painting walls and windows to re-setting a gatepost with concrete to get it to smoothly close, to removing and repairing a door, to fixing towel rods. There were many things, and two previous contractors had come to the house to give me an estimate and stopped communication. There was a very long list. I reached on Thumbtack to James. Communication was seamless, and his work was beyond excellent. Everything I needed done was done beautifully. He is professional, diligent, efficient and polite.
