We are a professional catering company that offers quality food and service at an affordable price. We have over 10 years of experience catering weddings, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate functions.

We also do crew catering for film and television projects. Our chefs are trained in several types of cuisines and can work with special diets, such as vegetarian, vegan, food allergies, and health-related diets.

We are also equipped for outdoor events such as BBQ's, crawfish boils and seafood frys. We can work with any budget. No job too small or too large.

    Fed 35 men and all were more than pleased. The BBQ plate with the chicken and pork was not lacking in meat. The food tasted great too! I will definately use Fleur De Lis Catering again. Thanks

    I used Wendi to cater my husband's 60th birthday party. She handled everything from the food to arranging rental for tables, chairs, fans, tents and even the Margarita machine. The food was a 10+ and stress-free since Wendi handled everything right down to arranging delivery and pick up for all of the rental items. Our guest raved about the food and a great time was had by all. Wendi always answered my calls and always gave me the answers I needed. We will definitely use Wendi again! Thanks Wendi!!!

    Wendi was great! She worked within our budget, yet still provided delicious food with all the extras we needed (tables, chairs, tent). She was always on time, followed any dietary restrictions we gave her, and even cooked several on camera meals for us. (We had several Thanksgiving dinners in the movie).

    I'd enthusiastically recommend her for your next project.

    I was the First Assistant Director for an independent feature film in New Orleans in 2009, and Wendi Smith was our caterer. She and Fleur De Lis Foods did an absolutely outstanding job with providing food for our cast and crew! The food was extremely tasty, and there was always lots of variety over the 25 day shoot. I cannot recommend Fleur De Lis Foods highly enough for the wonderful job they did for our project.

A. What types of foods do we specialize in ? We are experienced in several cuisines. What is the price per person for catering ? It depends on the type of foods you want and the length of the event. Do you do tastings ? Yes we do.
