- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free diagnostic if I am doing the repair and the first hour is free. If my customers just want a diagnostic it is $75
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is by appointment and it can be either I come out to the customer or the customer comes out to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
