I am thoroughly impressed with Mandel’s work. he did a great job of cleaning up our overgrown lawn. He took his time and was very thorough. He was mindful to steer clear of our plants, even the ones that were obscured by tall grass. He has a lot of knowledge about landscaping, and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Poor communication resulted in me spending more than I should have. Two professionals quoted me $200, but one was prepared to rent a dumpster trailer. The one I didn’t go with. After Next Level said everything had been picked up, he said the new price was $325. In addition, when I got home, there was still debris in the driveway (see picture). Make sure everyone is on the same page (scope of work and total price) before agreeing to anything.

Once I came to your property, I stated the picture and the amount of debris would be more and I needed my chainsaw to cut it up . I told u the price and u agreed. Secondly, yes I did leave a small amount of cuttings from the debris, which I plan on coming back to grab. Lastly, I also blew your entire driveway which was full of leaves that I didn’t even put down.Ty, for the feedback, I’ll definitely make sure to use text or written work scale, to avoid this type of problem.
