This was the best experience a foodie could ever have. I traveled to New Orleans for my Life-day celebration and hired personal chef, St Erik to provide a personally catered dinner for my guests. First thing to note is his involvement throughout the whole process with constant communication. Next, he arrived ON TIME to prepare our meal- in house. Third, he was very professional and has an excellent demeanor. He and his assistant, dressed the table, served us, and cleaned up when they were done (he brought his own cookware and serve ware.) The last thing to mention is the food, which was the best- so I saved it for last! I requested a simple meal of salad, salmon, lamb, risotto and a chocolate birthday cake. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! Simply the BOMB. Salmon perfectly seasoned, lamb super tender and flavorful, risotto was perfect and the cake...moist and delicious! I can’t really give it justice, but I hope the pictures will. Book Chef St Erik for a wonderful experience.

We hired Chef St Erik to cook dinner for our anniversary. I recently had surgery, and haven’t been able to get around as easily, so I thought hiring a chef to come to my home would be a fun and memorable way to celebrate the occasion. I found Chef St Erik to be responsive and easy to work with, and he encouraged me to ask for everything that I wanted out of an ideal dinner. I gave some guidance on what kinds of foods I had in mind, but Erik came up with all of the specific recipes, and they were all fantastic and well-executed. The experience of having someone bring food to my house, cook a delicious dinner, and then clean up after themselves, leaving behind no mess, was awesome. We ate so much that we immediately went to bed afterwards, and I mean that as a high compliment.

My friend wanted a personal chef for her bachelorette party. Erik was exceptional and extremely professional. He was a breath of fresh air and his food was fabulous. We all had a great evening because of him! If you want a party that runs perfectly and flavorful food this is your guy! Enjoy!
