Bill Laderer, also known as "Uncle Bill" from his Metairie restaurant, has been catering since 1983.
We are a full-service catering and special event company. Our focus is on quality of food and services for on and off-site catering. We do corporate, convention, wedding/rehearsal party, onsite crawfish boils, upscale cocktail parties, large buffets, company picnics, full feature film photo/video shoots, aircraft catering and disaster/restoration catering. There is no end to the type of events that our creative and diverse cuisine will serve to make your event a memorable one.
We will travel to bring a Cajun/Creole special event to you. We have catered for political and entertainment notables, film and video shoots and backstage catering.
A. We catered a hospitality suite for the Tele-Communication Convention here in New Orleans they were treated to Corn and Shrimp Bisque, Cajun Jambalaya, Cocktail Muffulettas, Crudite cups with a Cajun Ranch,Spinach Salad with Louisiana Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges, Candied Walnuts, with a Honey Balsamic Dressing,
On Site Seafood Boil with Boiled Crawfish Boiled Shrimp, Fried Catfish, Jambalaya, and all the Fixin's and Doctors Luncheon with Chicken Picatta, Seafood Pasta, Citrus Grilled Veggies, Caesar Salad Boxes with Shaved Imported Cheese, Garlic Croustade and for dessert we did a Chocolate Dipped Cherry Pie.
A. If you can have a Chef customize your menu and cook from scratch with over 28 years of experience. This is a great step towards having your event go as you would want to plan. After all once you event is over you won't be able to change any of this after the party.
A. Would like to hear if they are keeping up with any new trends. Any over the top ideas that will WOW your friends, family, customers. Make them leave your event wanting to do another one.
A. I would want to understand the scope of what they are trying to provide as for food, atmosphere, theme, if there is a certain budget they are needing to meet.
A. Since 1983 i have been catering the entire Gulf South.

I Cook from scratch so there is no problem with any special dietary needs.
I hand make all of our hors d oeuvres, we have a mobile kitchen that we can cook on site for large groups of guests.
We travel the Gulf South to bring authentic New Orleans Cuisine to your event. We can handle tent, tables, chairs, entertainment, transportation, event coordination, to make your event a successful one.
