Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure your Arborist is state and ISA certified and will actually be involved with the work, not just there to "sell" the job.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Don't think that a low price is always the best deal.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Because I like my job. I understand how to take cafe of trees and it's important to me that I do good work and that my customers are happy.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working outside and meeting new people. My customers are great people.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. They want to understand the process and the reasons behind them. I explain why I recommend actions and also explain that trees change slowly.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. When Bobby had the neighbor come out and help him work in his underwear. Just tighty-whiteys.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That it is difficult work and expensive to operate.

A. Family business
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. You had better be tough and brave. It is not easy and it's scary sometimes.
Also, don't buy into to lie that you have to have gadgets and the latest techniques. Simple is better.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Time management and organization.
