FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only thing that my production partner says when people call and say I want to produce a spot, how much is that going to cost? is he says think of building a kitchen. You can have lots of bells and whistles, granite and brass everywhere, with custom this and that or you can have a basic kitchen that gets the food prepared. They are vastly different prices and can all say the same thing, it is really how much you want to spend, have to spend and what kind of Statement you are going for. If your image is to have the piece be very cinematic then we will bring in Jibs and Dollies and cool gear that give your piece beautiful camera moves. We can spend days creating complicated beautiful motion graphics. We can also do a basic shoot and "Get 'er done." It's not complicated per se but enhancing the look and production specs of the visuals just means more gear and more crew. That's the price difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep up with all the new tech.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For some reason I decided to pursue the most expensive way to tell a story. Perhaps I should have given it more thought!
