Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am certified in many areas and have actually lived in the Caribbean for 18 years, and I have worked in just about every phase of the hospitality industry. I have worked as a hotel manager, for the Hotel Association, travelled extensively and currently is a Director for the local chapter of OSSN, ( a travel agents organization).

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Learning about and experiencing different cultures, meeting and socializing with new people as well as producing happy clients..

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Which is preferred, taking a cruise are booking a land vacation? (Ans) It depends on whether or not you want to experience various places on your vacation or visit one place extensively. With a cruise, you only have to unpack once and dependant on the itinerary you can experience several places. All meals are included unless you visit a Specialty restaurant. Now adays you can choose an all-inclusive land package, which is just that, all meals, drinks, entertainment and in many cases gratuities are included, but you are visiting one country. It's your choice.
