John is great and SO easy to work with. I’ve texted him with emergencies and felt at ease knowing the work would be done within a day or two. He’s repaired glass windows, done Sheetrock work, plumbing, painting, and electrical with a circuit breaker replacement. I always feel safe when John is at the house as well! He’s trustworthy and my go to first call when I have a problem with my rental property.

John at Handyman 21 did a lot of work at my house- carpentry repairs, unique plaster work, painting, and restoration of antique bathroom tiles that had been covered with layers of concrete, glue and vinyl over the years. He always kept me informed of his schedule for completing the work and was there whenever he said he’d be there- very reliable. He honored his quote to the penny and did excellent work. John is knowledgeable and very professional and was also kind and patient when I went absent for a while due to a family emergency. I would definitely recommend this company for any project you have.
