Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I love working with people who are making a difference socially and environmentally. Also weekly lawn maintenance is often overlooked by homeowners or hurried through because of a hectic work or family schedule.. I like to see the smile on people's faces when they can relax and enjoy a beautiful lawn enjoying quality time with their family instead of mowing the lawn. I like helping people any way I can. I feel this is one way to do it by giving them quality service at an inexpensive price. First cut Always 30.00 for an average lawn.. Then 25.00 each additional cut.. Unusual lawn size & acreage will vary.

Was hired to pressure wash our home. First, he canceled his appointment, by calling at the time of his appointment, to say his equipment was broken. We rescheduled and he did show up on time to the second appointment. He left several portions unfinished, so I called him and paid him to come back and do some additional pressure washing. We had a few small planters on the porch, and I offered to help him move them if he would like so he could clean under them. He did a terrible job, and didn't move them. He left all the bottom trim of the house undone, and when I called to discuss his work, he was of course, apologetic, and I sent him pictures of his work to confirm. Now I haven't heard back and he has already been paid. Unfortunate. I have several pictures of his "work" if anyone is interested.

Hello becca t.... I am so sorry for you experience... I am totally caught off guard with this review. I was under the impression you was happy with the work.... you then scheduled Scott to do the deck. when he came back to do the deck a week or so later, you pointed out a few spots near the gutter and the bench... again i'm sorry there was definitely miscommunication some where but It might have been on his part. I sure wish you would have let me know that you still wasn't happy after the deck... I am so sorry you feel this way. Is there something i can do to rectify the situation. By the way I have not seen a picture regarding this job. please forward to me the photos if you can because I want you to be happy with our services. Cmora504@yahoo.com thanks.. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks Scott Assavedo Please let me know how we can make it up.. touch ups on the pressure washing or we would be willing to cute edge & weed eat your lawn as an appreciation just to show that customers like you make my business and I am grateful for my customer. thank you scotty assavedo C&S C&S

I am very sorry if It was an inconvenience that I needed a taller ladder. no one said the building was as big as it was, in fact you stated "small"... However I appreciate you taking the time to review my work. If I had known.. I would have had a taller ladder with me.. It's always a risk to carry supplies on work trailers, I try not to overload with tools or things I'll have no need for... but I'm usually prepared.. I was listening to you but all in all the job was complete and I'm glad everyone is satisfied.,

Requested lawn services on this site, in the request we chose the largest lawn size available and tried to be accurate in what services we needed. Received prices ranging from $20-120. Took one in the middle area. To quote Assavedo: "Hi.. I'm quoting you on the lawn maintenance,,, which includes cut, weed eat, edge, blow and cleanup (bag) of all the excess.." ( for the quoted price.) My wife had also asked about trimming the bushes, and winter clean up- to quote replies by Assavedo:" I would have to see the shrubs in order to quote you a price.. but if they are a reasonable size, it shouldn't be much more.." and "we'll be out tomorrow.. the lawn, cut, edge weed eat, blow and leaf p/u is not a problem and I'm sure he won't mind tidying up from the winter.. if its too much, he'll let you know but it shouldn't make a big difference.. we'll do what we can to help you." My wife said they had come across as very pleasant, and accommodating in the emails and she was looking forwards in much anticipation of finally getting the lawn services done. She wanted to pay them twice their quoted price, in appreciation for their seemingly kind consideration. Came next day. Received only partial mow. Said lawn too wet/soft- went out and found large firm areas left undone, such as along the road, driveway, etc. No attempt to weed eat areas that couldn't be mowed- they were just left undone. Areas mowed had missed grass everywhere as if the blades were dull or the mowing was being done too fast. Absolutely no weed eating, trimming, edging, leaf blowing, or cleanup was done which was indicated by the above quote would be provided. The riding mower was the only equipment used despite all the tools to do as quoted being present in the company's rig. Paid the asked price, would not hire again. My wife was in tears- this was our first time to hire a lawn service and she thought it would look like our neighbors lawns who use lawn services, and it meant a lot to her. I normally would do it myself, but had a work related injury with a partial amputation and had just had surgery. Contacted the management of this site and was told to leave this review. I do not like to leave a negative review and rarely do so, but felt others need to be informed of the inconsistencies. It would be much better for this company to have been honest up front, than to start and leave such a poor job if it was felt it was too much for them to handle. He acted strange from the moment he showed up and had us wondering what was going on. We have a large lot and my wife asked him several times before he started if everything was ok, if this was something he could do ( after he had seen the place) and yes was the reply received. We offered him a drink, would have paid him more than his quote for the great job we were anticipating and tipped him had there been even a half way decent job done. Save yourself the frustration, rip-off, and a devastated wife by looking elsewhere. This service was abysmal.

First I'll begin by saying I am very sorry. Although this review is less than favorable, we welcome all reviews and customer feedback in order to improve our services. I am very disappointed to hear Scott's performance has not met your expectations. However, let me clarify the situation that caused your concerns. Last weekend we had three days of bad weather and constant rain. Upon Scott's arrival, he was blind sided by the condition of the property. Here's what you told me regarding your interaction with another company who quoted you $120.00 .........You quoted... Jennifer Rankin I should explain, my guy got his hand caught in a drill at work and his finger was partially amputated. He had surgery, and we are in the interim period. It's been a lot of stress plus other things. I know we should have gotten to our yard before now. But other things had to take priority for a while. I was just really disheartened by how the folks that came by yesterday acted. It would have been so much nicer to hear something pleasant about the flowers or something, rather than all the criticism about the mess and condition- I know about the rough condition already! lol It would be great to see you tomorrow, just knock if you can come by. I wasn't able to make it up there today, my guy had a rough night. Thanks again, your replies have been much appreciated. ~Jenn I sympathized with you. I realized you were upset, therefore I tried to help you and fulfill your needs for lawn care services. However, when Scott arrived and saw the condition of the grounds/mud he informed you that he was limited as to the services he was able to provide and pointed out the areas that were impossible for him to access. After giving you a very low quote of $50.00 he offered to reduce the price because of the situation and you refused telling him to do whatever he could do. He did what he was told. While I realize your husband's injury was a traumatic experience, it did not warrant the language and negative comments but again, I understand what the both of you are going through, I really do, that's why I'm offering to help you in any way possible. When the ground dries, please give me a call and let me know exactly what is it I can do for you to turn this negative experience into a positive one. Again, I am sorry and wish your husband a speedy recovery. Thank You Cindy C&S

What's the difference between basic and special lawn care to avoid any extra costs.. ex,, pesticides, grass seeds, fertilizer, etc. Don't be impressed by some large business company who are looking for you to pay their bills.. Listen to their offerings but hold your conclusions until you get all of your questions and concerns answered. Whether or not you can add or change services at any time without a contract. Be cautious about committing yourself to a situation that leaves you little recourse if important or unexpected circumstances necessitate a change.
