Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a licensed contractor with more than 30 years of experience in many aspects of construction, remodeling and home repairs. I've been having my own business for the same period of time, with a hands-on approach, thereby maintaining a high level of quality work. Most of my experience is with kitchen cabinets and kitchen remodeling, but I have completed major remodel projects, like adding a mother-in-law apartment to a home, changing a large window to a bay window, and converting a large old house into 3 modern apartment units. I've also built homes, from the ground to finishing. In summary, I have skills in sheetrock hanging and finishing, painting, removing and installing windows and doors, framing, finish carpentry, light fixtures, flooring, kitchen and bath cabinets, and countertops. My customers are very pleased with the quality of work that I do, that I am honest, and I complete the work that I am hired to do.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure that they are liscensed and insured, (very important). Get referrals, (not friends and relatives) and talk to a recent customer to see if they were satisified with the workmanship and professionalism. If possible, see a sample of their work. Ask for an exact price and time of completion of the work. Get a contract that spells out the full scope of the work to be performed, NO GRAY AREAS! Be sure that they are using quality products on your home. If their price is too cheap, they will have to make up for their loss somewhere else, at your expense. Bottom line is, you can get a job done right at a price that's fair to both parties. Make it a Win Win!
