- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first listen to the customer to find out their needs. I then provide a solution to their needs and a plan for meeting their needs. If I can't help, I usually have a referral for them to someone who can help them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1987, I was in college and asked by my niece's dance teacher to videotape their recital. I did so and then added more schools. The video business developed from there with additional services and markets. I went full time in 1990 after graduating college with a business degree.
