- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will try to give you the best rate possible. Please remember there's tons of factors: if a job is small small, it still has to be worth going. certain jobs come with obstacles that will increase the pricing may be why you get a high bid. Also, always communicate with us! If theres anyway we can make a situation or price better we will but we strive to give accurate estimates however sometimes you just can't see odd things that COULD happen. Last but not least remember we are operating through an app so ultimately if you have a problem you're not liking how we're handling, you can contact customer support with thumbtack, but we won't plan for that. We plan for success!

To ensure them that we are only here to complete their job and make sure we have another satisfied customer.
