Sander was easy to work with, easy to understand, and flexible as an instructor. He was very patient, reviewed the lessons, and provided constructive criticism with good suggestions. I feel like I progressed much faster with him than I did with other instructors, but at the same time I was able to work at my own pace and he was willing to work with me and plan around my schedule. The only suggestion I have is the practice space could be bigger. He is an affable person and makes you feel comfortable which helps the process of learning something complex like drums, easy and fun!

Sander is a very informative and energetic teacher. He likes to make sure that you really understand what you're working on so that you can later perfect it. He was able to answer all of my questions and has inspired me to keep playing and working on my skills so I can become a much better drummer
