Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I'm never done learning. I'm constantly looking at the art and craft of others and incorporating the best of what I see into my own work. I take pride in vibrant images.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Artists use my photos to show off their work in competitions and advertisements. I particularly like understanding them and capturing the essence of their art to help promote it.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. One of my clients sells jewelry from a well known artist. The jewelry is tricky to photograph. My client felt that my images represented the work better than the artist's own Web images and suggested I approach the artist about using my services.
