Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Just because a person has a HIC license doesnot make then qualified to put your new $1000 dollar front door in.
A person or company should have a HIC & a Supervisors license.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Know what you want.
Example: Bathroom remodel.
Have your tile picked out.
Paint colors ready.
Type of vanity- oak,maple..
Bath Fixture.
Customer loose so much time because they cant make a decision. This can hold up a jobs time line.
To a contractor, "TIME IS MONEY".
Majority of the time they ask me.
I have to remind them I am not the one that will have to look at it for the rest of my life.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. There are several great construction companies out there but there are thousands of bad companies.Property Pro Construction is one of the great companies. Some company's just want your money. We want relationships.

A. It is what we do!!!

I do construction, and i'm great at it.

A. Q: How Much!
A: The price is "X" amount of dollars, but for "X "you have increased the value of you home "10X".
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My grandfather:
I was about 5.
He was helping my dad at our house I grew up in Worcester.
He had his saw horses out ,he made himself,with a 2X4 set on top. He Was cutting it with a hand saw. Old School.
He let me try. I all most cut my fingers off, but he took the time to teach me the basics. I was hooked!
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Don't get stuck in a company that just does one trade. Siding, framing, flooring.
When the economy tanked. I had interviewed several people for a job and most of them only knew 1 or 2 divisions of construction. You are more valuable to a company if you can complete different tasks. This also means more money!
