Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Find someone you are comfortable with. Not every teacher is equal, and it's not always the style the instructor is trained in. His or her personality must mesh well with yours and all of the students.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The goal of a yoga class is not based on flexibility. There are many aspects of mind and body that play into how beneficial the practice is.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask what style of yoga the teacher is trained in, check out testimonials from previous and current students, and if possible find a community class to test out the instructor before committing to private sessions.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What are your goals? Yoga means "union" in its native language, and this can be interpreted in many ways: breath & movement, mind & body, etc. It is especially the union of all life forces and to unite and move progressively through life it helps to have goals and find ways that your practice on the mat can support your life off the mat.
