- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not,. its difficult to do so a new bathroom can cost $7000.00 to $20.000 so I don`t want to mislead anyone I will be more than happy to meet with any customer go over the project and give them the best price I can
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Set appointment with the customer so we can go over the project in person take a look at the building or home wear the job is being done. That way there we both can get to know each other exchange information so we can communicate easy put a face to it. Then we will wright up a estimate, then if its something that they wont to move forward on. I will ask them for a time line go over the project with a little more detailed turn it in to a contract may be meet up again have them sign it get a start date and a deposit check and we are off and started it will be a constant collaboration between the customer and Scott every step of the way to make sure we are all on the same page in till we are finish and you love the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a license general contractor with a lot of experience on job training and a lot of different styles of Bathrooms, from a make over to a high-end body sprayers music seen enough to make sure we get it right for my customers.
