An experienced and versatile designer, Lee explores concepts primarily using graphical methods. His immersion in multiple cultures, languages, and design vocations exposed him to many useful traditional and digital tools. He is your personal AID (artist, instructor, and designer) to your creative needs and to realizing your idea.
Lee can give you a product using only his own artistic faculties and with little interaction, or he can be your patient guide through the process, helping you develop your own design like with the students of his class at Assabet Valley Center for Continuing Education in Marlborough.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Lee-Su.com is your personal AID (Artist - Instructor - Designer). Our duties as instructor takes most of our attention and time at the moment, but we also have been designing logos and website components for corporate and local customers. Lastly, we have found success in product design competitions such as being a finalist for one by Colgate-Palmolive and another by PetSmart in 2010.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that the provider is willing to work with you to get the job done right. It should be a dialogue and not just a monologue on his part. At the same time, if you wish for the provider to just act on his own, he should have the ability, experience, and artistry to realize it on his own.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Computer related work relies on components that are compatable with each other including internet browsers, the programming languages used to create webpages, and even the operating systems like those for Macs or Windows. Please stick with the tried and true when it comes to things associated with computers! Choose those that function across platforms rather than the new and flashy tricks that do not work well except with proprietary systems. It just causes customers to get frustrated.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. "Will you help me?" It is a common question, but the answer to it can tell you so much about the provider such as if he/she asks you questions in return to explore the matter further or give you canned sales pitches. Find out if the professional is interested in helping YOU rather than selling the generic product.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Some people in the profession are better at creating cookie cutter projects as quickly as possible, but Lee-Su.com is about making something that is right for YOU while metering the budget and time so that you will get custom work without necessarily the costs of a custom project, but we are not a cheap, quick, and dirty firm. We are more like an artist who can fashion you a masterpiece.
