Introduction
Teaching yoga is a passion of mine, and I have been fortunate enough to make it a career. I enjoy focusing on the lighthearted side of yoga, all while keeping a pace that will make you sweat! Teaching beginners, kids, and intermediate practitioners is my specialty. I also love doing events with kids, including mommy and me yoga, and mom's groups. If you'd like to have a fun yoga session, and change your body one-class-at-a-time, I would love to help!

Great teacher! Abbey is easy to listen to, and follow along with. She offers challenging intermediate classes with responsible movement, and a gentle beginner flow that builds muscle and keeps you moving forward. Spot-on suggested programming for kid classes!

Abbey is a wonderful co-worker, friend, and yoga teacher! She's a natural at teaching and works well with all ages, particularly the little ones! I am always impressed by her positivity, amazing energy, and her ability to engage her students/make them feel comfortable. Her passion for teaching, her love of yoga, and her desire to help others through yoga is demonstrated through her creative, fun, and exciting classes. A great team player and efficient worker! If you're looking for professional and unique yoga classes, I'd highly recommend Abbey!
