Kyle from Pro Tech Guy fixed my Dell laptop that somehow got a virus... The virus would not allow me see anything but a fake FBI warning that wanted me to pay a fine! He was able to remove it completely and still save all my files. I was ecstatic to have my laptop back so quickly, and without losing any of my valuable files! THANK YOU Kyle!

WOW! Pro Tech Guy is a computer guru. He fixed my Macbook that I thought was trashed and he saved me a ton of money! (if i went through Apple to get it fixed I would be broke) My screen was all messed up and could barely see anything on it. When I got it back it was like new again. Even ran faster, added security, more storage. Kyle was great to work with, super nice and trustworthy and very knowledgeable. great prices and didnt take long at all. I recommend him to all my friends and family. A++ thanks!!! :D
