Italy Eats!

Introduction: I know what I offer is not too common. There are many cooking instructors out there that work in a store or school environment, but this is totally different. You are in a private home, cooking hands on with the chef and getting a much more personalized service. The atmosphere is all about Italy and breaking bread with family and new friends. It's a very "Italian" experience. In addition, the proceeds and sponsorship of certain fundraising events are for the benefit of local charities such as FAF, Beverly Bootstraps, Boston Strong, etc... Showing people that you don't need to be an experienced cook to put together something delicious (especially Italian). I love to show and teach them what traditional authentic tasting Italian food is verses our "American" version, because there are so many regions in Italy that cook differently from one another. I truly enjoy my passion for food and travel and want to share that with others!
