It's an ongoing learning experience through my travels to Italy and other countries.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a love of cooking, but never knew the "Italian" side of cooking and traditions until I met my husband and his family. My first trip was in 1988 when we traveled to his hometown and we went to our first cooking class in Umbria. That is when I decided that this "lifestyle" was truly magical and I wanted to bring that experience back to the states and share it.
