- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several popular staging packages however we customize the pricing based on our customer's needs and budget. We will provide a FREE no obligation quote the same day that we communicate via email, text or phone to gather the details of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first intake information over phone, email or text and review the details of your project and review photos/videos. If the first conversation seems like a good fit, we will provide a free quote within 24 hours. Once the contract has been signed we will visit the property to walk-through and assess the details of the project. We will work with you to make sure you attract the largest number of buyers using a modern yet inviting style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully trained and have been building, designing, decorating, flipping, renting and staging homes for decades. We received our home staging certification from Home Staging Resource and Staging Studio. We are also Expert E-Design Certified and Color Certified.
