- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor plus parts. Real simple. If you decide the parts are to costly for the machines value we will credit the service call to a replacement machine purchase.

We have a lot of resources to us with technical updates
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out working for my uncle after College (Salem State) in the office equipment business and then started my own company over 21 years ago.
