It's the ultimate boot camp. We bring men and women of all ages to their best level of fitness in our strength-building and calorie-burning classes (burn 700 to 1000 calories per session). Go through the same workouts that professional boxers, the best conditioned athletes in the world, use to get in tip-top shape. Classes are run in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
