A. Do your homework and check references, the bbb licensing and insurance. There are unfortunately too many low ballers and unlicensed unscrupulous people giving the whole trade a bad name.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We spare no expense on equipment, material and craftsmanship. We take our time to do the job right, we won't be in and out in under two hours. We take as long as it requires to do the job right the first time. When we are at your place doing a job for you, that is what we focus on. Doing your job right, not rushing to get elsewhere.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We are founders of the International Bathtub Refinisher's Associations or the IBRA (www.theibra.com) and also belong to the BROA.org.
We have members throughout the US, Canada, Europe and New Zealand. We keep ahead on the latest developments in coatings and techniques and hold Refinisher's Conventions. Education is paramount, you have to always be on top of new developments.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. UV Coatings. There have been great strides made in the UV Coatings for the application in the Bathtub Refinishing Industry. We have been performing tests and working with the manufacturers for the last three years and the results are very promising.
