My Pure Environment made the mold remediation project as painless as possible. I hired Rey to come in to do an air quality test in my condo as my tenants were complaining of allergies. Rey responded very quickly, was able to conduct the test that same day and send in the results for a 2-day turnaround. He talked me through the report about what I was seeing and what I should expect normal results to be. His honest and transparent assessment that mold was not an issue or concern and that remediation was not recommended was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend My Pure Environment if you’re looking for a professional to help you understand if mild is an issue in your home!

I hired My Pure Environment to do a mold test in one of rental apartments. I was anxious to get the results and Rey came early on a Sunday morning to speed things up. He took the air samples, inspected the apartment for signs of mold, and did a great job of answering my questions and giving me info about how to recognize mold. When we got the results back from the lab, one of the numbers was a bit higher than the control sample, but Rey explained that it was still 10 times lower than a worrisome threshold. So no need to do any mold remediation. Very much appreciated Rey bring honest about the results, when so many other people might have taken advantage to make some money. Would highly recommend My Pure Environment.
