I have been a member of Custom Fitness for a year now and I couldnt be happier. It is very private and there is a very personal feel to it. I have never been a fan of large over crowded gyms and this gym fits me perfectly. I love it so much that I want to tell everyone I meet but on the other hand I dont want to share it with the world.

Jeff is a very personable guy, who always shows interest in your work out and how you are doing. One with a good sense of humor and aptitude. He has a great team of support, those I have worked with I know are wonderful and are always looking out for you, with your best interest at heart. Whether there are working with you personally at the time or not, they correct you lovingly if you are seen in an awkward position, or can gain benefit from doing an exercise differently. I love Custom Fitnenss, it is very convenient because of the 24-hour, you don't have to miss a workout if you don't want to.
