I’d like to introduce myself. I have been working as a professional personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist since 2010, with over 30,000 hours of personal training experience. As a highly qualified expert with advanced international trainer certifications, I am also a former national athlete. For 10 years, I served as a strength and conditioning coach for Olympic athletes on the national team. I also hold a university degree in Exercise Science and Sports Coaching.

10 Sessions: $1399
1 Session (Remote): $99

Complimentary First Session:
I offer a free consultation for all new clients. During this first session, I conduct a thorough posture analysis, evaluate your movement biomechanics, review your health history, and design a personalized exercise program based on your goals.
My session rates reflect my level of experience, and when you entrust your body to a professional, understanding their expertise is key. My goal is not only to guide you through exercises but to teach you the correct exercise techniques, how to exercise safely, and how to sustain long-term results. I am proud to say that I have never had a client choose another trainer after having a trial session with me. I am a perfectionist when it comes to exercise, and I strive to ensure that my clients leave with the knowledge and skills to continue their fitness journey independently.
