I've been doing personal training and yoga for over 8 years, 5 of them full-time. My clients range from pro-athletes to 80+ y.o. who never ever worked out in their life before meeting me - and all of them stick with me for years. Why? Because I deliver. I create a custom program that will work for you, considering your background, health, goals, motivation and character. It doesn't matter if you have a gym or we will be working out in your living room - all equipment that I need is you, your commitment and your willingness to put the work in.
