Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement
Evictions
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Search for an office that is dynamic enough to address all your Civil Process needs, coupled with an office that is willing to maintain a professional approach as often their actions reflect upon you or the outcome of your case.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are a full time, full service Constable office. We are the largest Constables office within Massachusetts, we cover all the major cities and towns within Massachusetts and can provide most services within 24-48hrs.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Accountability.
Both as it relates to our services FOR you as well as the individuals we complete the actions AGAINST.
We pride ourselves on the professionalism of all our officers. Our actions, while completing process on your behalf, should have positive results in terms of satisfaction as well as completion.
When completing actions against defendants we again pride ourselves on our professionalism. We approach each with the dignity and respect each individual deserves, but do so with the understanding that the action is going to be completed irregardless of the defendants desire to comply.
Ths later often times culminates into additional business services as any defendant can become a plaintiff, depending on the circumstances.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do you do some of the Civil Process you do? Don't you feel bad when you arrest someone or levy assets?
Feeling bad about something and needing to complete an action that the court has ordered or there is legal course to complete are two seperate items.
First, if the court issues an order for arrest or levy those items are expected to be carried out by a duly appropriate Officer. Said officer can complete the action, still being compasionate and understanding in relation to the defendant. That does not mean, however, that we are to pass judgment on the action requested by the Courts and decide what will or will not be done. Our job is to complete the requested action and let the Court decide anything further on the matter.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Not all Constable Offices are the same. Many are not properly trained or educated sufficiently in the entire Civil Process field.
Our office has been fortunate enough to have worked closely with numerous Sheriff Departments and adopted there procedures on legal procedure, have officers that are acedemy trained and certified as well as require all our officers to maintain certifcations in regards to procedures surrounding the Office held.
