- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For management contracts, we typically need to discuss the whole package. For hourly work, we charge anywhere from $35 an hour to $75 an hour depending on the skill level required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will listen to what they feel they need and then explain how we can fit into those requirements, We provide a written transition plan as part of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The president has a BA and an MBA and has been engaged in development and facilities maintenance since 2002. His employees and sub-contractors are vetted to ensure they have at least 5 years of experience in their area of duty.
