- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Arabella's Voice Studio offers a la carte lessons, class packs, and monthly memberships. I Value Our Time Together All lessons must be payed for in advanced of the lesson by Venmo or Zelle. Lessons that are unpaid for within an hour of the designated time will be forfeited. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24hr prior to our lesson. Failure to follow this policy will result in a full charge of the lesson time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process! Everyone’s different! and I want to honor that. The best results come from tailoring to your individual need. Reach out to Arabella directly to most effectively develop a plan to get the most out of your session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arabella Berman received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish with a minor in music from Northeastern University (2020). She is also holds a vocal styles certification from Berklee University and is a graduate of the New York Vocal Coaching Teacher Training. Additionally, she has also worked at a top production agency, BBDO, at their NY headquarters where she gained a commercial understanding of music. As a supplement to her vocal work, Arabella currently holds a NESTA nutrition certification and a Power Pilates Mat I certification.
