- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quoted prices are all-inclusive taxes, insurance, and local licenses (if applicable). For events, we charge 50% deposit at the time of booking and collect the balance the day of. Volume discounts are offered for multiple events per year or ongoing/seasonal service at venues and other establishments. For a "higher end" experience, some hosts elect to include gratuity in the billed cost for service. When tips are offered, our attendants politely inform your guests that the host(s) have taken care of the staff and that gratuity is not necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first consult with a prospective new customer over the phone to get a good understanding of their needs. This is followed by a site visit -- which often does not require the client be present -- followed by a price quote / proposal and phone call to confirm details and scope of work. Generally, it's a relatively straightforward process that takes one to three days based on complexity of the project. Smaller events are often quoted the same day.

Member IPMI and National Parking Association. ServSafe and TIPS certified. Ownership has combined 60 years experience in the parking and hospitality industries.
