A. General computer repair, laptop repair, computer networking, data center management, IT outsourcing, IT staffing, virus removal, spyware removal, data recovery, telecommunications services, structured data cabling, commercial wireless networking, POS systems repair, upgrades and installation.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure the provider has ample experience (more than 10 years in the IT business).
Verify that the provider carry general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
Ask for references from existing business clients.
Check their rating and possible complaints at the Better Business Bureau.
Verify that the business has been in business for at least 10 years.
Verify that the business actually has a brick and mortar commercial office (not just working from home)
Talk to the provider and ask yourself if they are someone that you just generally like.

A. We recognized the growing need for business level and residential level tech services delivered in a rapid and professional manner.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Go to a trade school or specifically start obtaining your Microsoft certifications (starting with the MCP, A+ hardware/software & Networking+ certifications working towards your MCSE and then Cisco certifications as well. Then dive in even as an intern to start getting hands on experience.
