I recently hired Akeem to lead a small class at The Commons at Haynes Farm, and it was an excellent experience! His teaching style created a positive and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed the session, and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend his services for anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their community or event.

Akeem’s yoga practice is well-sequenced and effective. I didn’t know Akeem until we took on our 200 hour teacher training together. I didn’t know I would befriend such an intuitive individual. His attention to detail is what separates him from the average yoga teacher. The flows he leads are filled with expansive, demanding, powerful, and intentional movement. If you have the opportunity to practice with Akeem, take it! 🧘‍♀️🤍

Akeem is all things awesome and sunshine! He is a wonderful yoga instructor... Knowledgable, great flow, and extremely welcoming and kind. He has his own unique twist that you wont find in any other instructor. Everyone needs to try an Akeem class!

Attend one of Akeem’s Empower flow yoga session. It was definitely an invigorating session. Gave clear instructions on pose and modifications and was easy to follow.

Akeem is by far one of the most powerful and connecting yoga instructors I have ever met. He has a quiet control over the class while allowing each and every student to find their own energy in motion, bettering the class as a whole. You will leave his class with a new outlook on life and will always want to come back for more. He is genuine and caring and works to give every student an individual experience in growth both mentally and physically. I 100% recommend :)
